Buvuma District Local Government intends to pre-quality firms, in accordance with the public procurement and disposal of public assets.
(Note and methods for procurement of supplies, works and non-consultancy services) regulations, 2023 and its open to all interested competent firms for the items listed below:
Interested eligible holders may obtain further information from the POU Buvuma District Local Government headquarters and inspect the lodging documents.
A complete set of Bioting Document in English may be purchased by interested blobers upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $1,000,000 for goods and U.g.v. 50,000 for services and supports for the Cash Office or the District Finance Department. NB:

PRE-QUALIFICATION

CATEGORY A: WORKS

1. Borehole Rehabilitation (For only registered Hand Pump Merchant Association).
2. Construction of buildings and Road works.
3. Construction of water systems.
4. Drilling of boreholes.

CATEGORY B: SERVICES

1. Service and repair of motor vehicles and motor Cycles.
2. Consultancy services for design and supervision of water projects.

CATEGORY C: SUPPLIES

1. Supply and repair of computers, printers, photocopies.
2. Support operator accessories (only firms certified by NITA-U).
3. Support and repair of solar systems.
4. Support of furniture.
5. General supplies and services.

CATEGORY D: SPECIAL INTEREST GROUPS.

1. Volume groups.
2. Persons with disability groups.

CATEGORY E: FRAME WORK CONTRACT.

1. Supply of fuel and lubricants.
2. Supply of office stationery.

Buvuma District Local Government is seeking qualified firms and service providers to participate in pre-qualification, framework contracts, and revenue collection services for the Financial Year 2025/2026.
