Nsamizi Training Institute of Social Development with support from United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR) and Maltese International invites sealed bids from eligible firms, companies and individuals to bid for the items listed below. Bidding will be conducted within the Open Domestic procedures and guidelines. A complete set of bid document may be obtained by the interested bidders from the address above upon payment of a non-refundable fees of UGX 100,000 (One hundred thousand shillings only) to Nsamizi Training Institute of Social Development, Stambic Bank Mpigi branch, Account number 9030005874369 and thereafter present a copy of the banking slip to the Institute accountant for a receipt. Bid submissions should clearly be marked “Application to tender for ...... (Indicate category applied for) and must be delivered to the address given above not later than 18th June 2026 at 10:00am to the procurement and disposal unit. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who chose to attend at the Mpigi campus.
