Provision of Outside Catering and Hotel Services

Established in 1951, the International Organization for Migration (IOM) is the leading inter-governmental organization in the field of migration. As the United Nations Migration Agency, IOM works closely with governmental, intergovernmental and non-governmental partners, and is committed to the principle that safe, orderly and humane migration benefits both migrants and society in general.

In Uganda, the International Organization for Migration Mission was established in 1988. It has since been supporting the Government to address migration challenges, directly serving mobile populations, as well as building capacity of relevant stakeholders.

The International Organization for Migration (IOM), Uganda Office invites Competent Service Providers to submit bids for provision of Outside Catering and Hotel services. These services will be required from time to time at the Mission offices and facilities located in Kampala.

All bids must be prepared thoroughly, ensuring all required information is provided in the order prescribed in the bid documents.

Before picking the bid documents, Service Providers should ensure they meet the following requirements.

• Certificate of Incorporation or Registration

• Valid Trading Licence

• Tax Registration Certificate

• Tax clearance certificates for the last 2 years (2022-2023 and 2023-2024)

• Avoided financial statements for the last two years (2022-2023 & 2023-2024).

• An annual sales turnover of at least 50 million Uganda Shillings for the last two years 2022-2024.

• Previous experience in similar service provision, at least 3 contracts in the last 3 years. Copies of contracts, purchase orders, and certificates of completion must be included in the bid.

Interested bidders are to pick up a complete set of bid documents, with instructions to bidders and Terms of Reference from the IOM Head Office located on Plot & Rubotto Crescent Nagum, Kampala, Uganda or may request for the bid documents through email on ugandaprocurement@ecekpeng.nvm.com.int and the bid documents shall be sent via email starting from October 16, 2025 at 11:00am.

The closing date for submission of bids will be Thursday November 6, 2025 at 12:00pm. Any form of canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification.
