1. Kiboga District Local Government has received funds for the construction of solar driven mini water system at Kibooka trading center and in addition, the Procuring and Disposing Entity indicated above invites eligible bidders for management and collection of revenue from various revenue centers, for the 2nd half financial year 2025/2026.

2. The details of revenue sources are on the entity’s notice board.

3. Building will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic holding procedures contained in the Government of Uganda’s Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, CAP 205, and is open to all folders.

4. Interested eligible bidders may inspect purchase bidding documents prepared in English language and obtain further information at the address below (b) from 8:00am to 5:00pm and from payment of non-ethnolite fee (c).

a) Management of Revenue Collection Centers
Grade A: 100,000/-
Grade B: 50,000/-
Grade C: 30,000/-

b) Solar driven piped water system at Kibooka 100,000/- Payable through IPAS upon system.

5. Bids shall be issued and delivered and opened at the address below at No. 8 at 10:00pm on 12th November 2025.

6. Late bids shall be rejected and bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives, who choose to attend at the address below at No. 8 at 10:10pm on 12th November 2025.

7. Bids for construction of construction of a min solar driven piped water system at Kibooka trading center must be accompanied by a bid security of 8,000,000/- (Eight million shillings only) in form of a bank guarantee. Late bids shall be rejected.

8. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 10:00am on 12th November 2025, opened in presence of the bidder’s representatives who choose to attend at the address below on 12th November 2025 at 10:30 am.
