LTP intends to hire an eligible and experienced contractor for the below mentioned by participating in open bidding.
Project deliverables
Lot 1: Construction of 16 blocks of 5 stance drainable latrines in (Atelelo, Ebule, Obangangeo, Obuo, Okokolako, Omele and Omoro North in the sub counties of Akura, Angetta, Amugu and Omoro in Aleblong district
Lol 2: Construction of hand washing facilities (Qty 7) in 7 primary schools in Alebtong District.
Lot 3: Construction/Rehabilitation of 7 boreholes in 7 primary schools in Alebtong District.
For participation, interested firms are required to send their request through email on uganda@linktoprogress. org with Copy to isabbella@linktoprogress.org and lillian@linktoprogress.org
Interested firms should apply for all the three LOTS to be considered eligible. To be eligible, the interested firms must provide certified copies of;
• Certificate of a valid business license registration/ Incorporation
• Copy of Tax Identification Number (TIN) registration certificate
• Valid Trading license
• VAT registration Certificate/Tax registration
• Valid Income Clearance Certificate from Uganda Revenue Authority
• Latest bank Statements for the last 6 months
• Evidence of experience (Recommendation letters, contracts/POs, proof of work completion)
Deadline for the submission of the Bids is Thursday 17" August 2023 at 5:00pm
