Request for Bidding/Tendering Documents and detailed term of reference.
Interested and eligible bidders shall obtain detailed bidding tendering documents in soft copy form only. Kindly submit your request for bidding tender documents by email to
Procurement-giz-uganda@giz.de starting from (As soon as you receive the advert) the date of first publication of this tender by indicating in the subject tender reference number "91172972 Supply and delivery of assorted start up kita."
Request for clarifications on bidding documental specification/term and condition of the tender.
All requests for clarifications to this tendering process shall be shared in writing and should be accessed to GIZ Uganda via email Procurement- giz-uganda@giz.de at least 5days prior to the bid submission deadline. Please indicate in the subject tender reference number 91172872 Supply and delivery of assorted start up kita"
Bidal Offers Submission Deadline date and time
Interested bidders should submit their bids offers in UGX electronically by Monday 21.08.2023 at 4.00pm (EAT) to UG Quotation@giz.de indicating in the subject the tender reference number "Contract number and subject of procurement"
Failure to indicate the tender reference number in the subject may disqualify your offer directly as it may fail to be received in the tender box.

The folowing information and documents will also be considered during evaluation on pass fail basis and non-compliant bids will be eliminated
• Registered powers of attomey authorizing signatory representative of the firm to sign bids tenders on behalf of the firm.
• Current and vald Income Tax Clearance Certificate addressed to GIZ Valid Trading License
• Bid validity period of 120 working days. Delivery schedule
• Warranty period for (for equipment Items furniture, among others) Only Manufacturer's Authorisation letter will be accepted for equipment Items)
• Country of origin
• Related work experience for the past (5 years). Attach at least 4 reference letters in similar, scope and value).
Late submissions will not be accepted!
Bide submitted with GIZ staff or other GIZ emaile in copy shall be rejected.
Only bide submitted to UG Quotation@giz.de are acceptable. You should have offers in PDF and zip folders.
One email should be used for submitting the Offer. Only file transfer https:/levenster.cizde should be used for submission of documents exceeding the default mail size of 30 MB or use three separate emails one submitting the eligibility documents, a second one submitting the technical proposal offer and third email submitting Financial Proposal Offer 8. Failure to follow the above instruction may lead your offer to be encrypted and not be accepted.
Suppliers from the region are encouraged to bid.
GIZ remains with full rights to cancel this process at any stage without informing providers and at no cost refund to the providers who participate in this tender process
