1. Background
The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GZ) GmbH is the German federal company for technical cooperation and has been operating in Uganda since 1964 to promote sustainable development in behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BKA).

2. Invitation to Bild
GZ Uganda through Water and Sanitation for Refugees and Host Communities in Northern Uganda (WatSSUP) invites also from computer and eights firms for supply-seasoned pipes and infring as per details in the table below.

3. Eligibility criteria
The following information and documents will also be considered during evaluation on past full basis, and non-compliant data will be eliminated:

• Registered powers of authority authorized against/represented by the firm to sign substenates on behalf of the firm.
• Current and well income Tax Clearance Certificate addressed to GZ • Mid Trading License
• Company registration certificate.
• Details of physical location of company.
• Bell validity document confirming that the bill is valid for 120 working days.
• Filed & signed Form C (Origin of goods form is part of bill documents) • Delivery book/air (timeline: Please note that payments after delivery: - Valuing details (check, limitations, procedure, for goods, payment: IT items/includes, among others)
• Existence of related experience for the past 5 years. Attend at least 4 reference listings (default: scope and value, with distinct contacts (phone & email details)).

5. Seeking Certification Regarding the Blading Documents, Tender Terms and Conditions
An communication relating to the activity must be submitted in writing and addressed to GZ Uganda via email at accountmedia.giz-uganda@giz.de/ at least 6 days before the bid submission deadline. 6. Bill submissions

Interests folders should submit their bidsoftens electronically by 14.07.2025 ± 4.49 (IN EAT) in US Question@giz.de/. Please indicate the tender reference number: $118$36+ Pipes & Fittings – WatSSUP in the subject line of your email.

### 7. Important information to Note
a. Failure to indicate the tender reference number in the subject may ordinarily join offer directly as it may fail to be received in the tender box.
b. Late submissions will not be accepted.
c. Only late submitted in US Question@giz.de/">Question@giz.de are acceptable.
d. Big submission did GZ start if other GIZ emails in copy shall be rejected.
e. You should have joined the right in PDF. Do not encrypt offers since they may be incorporated into GZ software.
