SCI has allocated funds for constructions (as described below) in Gulu district; and as such, invites interested, eligible and competent firms to bid through Open Domestic Bidding.
LOT I
Renovation of One block of Four Class- rooms with office at Lujoro Primary school - Amuru District
LOT 2
Renovation of One Block of three class- rooms at Kulu keno primary school- Gulu District; and construction of 5 stance Drainable Girls' Latrine with Incinerator at Laminto Primary school
LOT 3
Renovations of One Block of Four Class- rooms at Kulu Opal Primary school- Gulu District
LOT 4
Renovation of Two Block of Two classrooms and construction of Sstances for Boys Drainable Latrine at Amuru Lamogi Primary school-Amuru District and
Tender documents in English may be obtained at non- refundable fee of UGX 50,000/ per LOT from: Procurement/Supply Chain Desk at the below offices:

PO Box 12018, Kampala- Uganda.
Issuance dates and Time: 14 September 2023 to 04th October 2023, From: 09:00hrs-12:00hrs.
Plot 15 Onono Road, Pece-Laroo Division Gulu City
Deadline of Submission: 05 October before 4.00 p.m. - Late submission will not be permitted.
Properly completed bid document is to be returned to the above offices sealed and addressed to "Procurement Committee (PC)", and marked "Bid for Construction LOT No...(TOFI Constructions)".
Procurement reference No: Tender/SCI/ CO/013/2023.
Upon return, bid document MUST be registered by and dropped in Tender Box.
