Oxfam with funding from UNHCR is tasked with supporting the WASH needs of persons of concern in Kyaka II Refugee Settlement and the host communities.

Oxfam in Uganda and partners are building on experiences and lessons gained in responding to the refugee crisis in West Nile and Western Uganda. This action will strengthen the initiatives for increasing and sustaining water supply options through enhanced operation and management of recently established WASH systems and new installations in Kyaka II Refugee Settlement; extensions as well as optimization of the facilities to meet needs of existing and additional refugees while taking care of the associated gender, protection and social cohesion aspects of the targeted population including host community.

Bid documents should be complete with:

1. A Financial proposal (Quotation) detailing the cost of construction inclusive of taxes
2. (VAT) and warranty details.
3. A technical proposal detailing the firm's competence with details of previous experience of supplying and installation of such pumps, franchise agreement with pump supplier/s or reseller agreements
4. Bank statement (past three months statement)
5. Reference contacts and/or letters of previously executed similar works.
6. Lead time of supply (Very Key to factor of award)
