Kasese District Local Government intends to procure a co-operative society for the management of a revenue source for the Financial Year 2026/2027.
The Entity hereby invites competent co-operative societies to submit sealed applications/bids for the item below:-

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

(A) Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding method procedures contained in the Local Governments (PPDA) regulations, 2023. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of non-refundable fees shs. 100,000= Payment is by IRAS.

(B) All consultations and guidance pertaining to non-refundable fees, procurement procedures and tender documents should be sought from Procurement and Disposal Unit during office hours. Only registered cooperatives Societies are encouraged to apply and which operate within that Town Council where the revenue centre is located.

(C) All Legal documents are found in the bidding document

(D) You are required to submit two copies of the bid documents which must be properly sealed and clearly marked “TENDER FOR” ..., and should be addressed and submitted to The Head Procurement and Disposal Unit, Kasese District Local Government, P.O. Box 250, Kasese not later than 10:00 am of 18th August 2026 and thereafter bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 am in the PDU boardroom.

Late submissions will be rejected.
