Lira University in preparation for procurement activities for | 3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open Financial Year 2023/2024 invites bids from eligible firms for supply and provision of services on Framework Contracts for a period of 12 months.

• Supply of Plumbing Materials for Maintenance Works k) Supply of Electrical Materials for Maintenance Works

• Design and General Printed Stationery
• Provision of hotel and conference facilities
• Provision of Insurance Services
• Repair and Maintenance of Motor Vehicles e) Provision of Events Management Services
• Provision of Guards and Security Services
• Provision of Media Advertisement Publishing Services h) Provision of engraving services

Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Shs. 100,000/= exclusive of bank charges (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand only).
