City High School is in the process of prequalifying Firms/Companies and individuals who will be invited from time to time to bid for supply/ provision of goods, works and services during the financial years 2024, 2025 and 2020 and also intends to place framework contracts for FY 2024-2025
The School now invites sealed bids from suitably qualified firms/companies and individuals to submit their applications. Prequalification

1. SUPPLIES
1.1 Computers, ICT equipment/consumables, smart boards, photocopiers and printers
1.2 Fire Fighting equipment and spares
1.3 Funiture and Fittings
1.4 Textbooks, Students' books and Journals
1.5 Sports Equipment
1.6 Security gadgets eg CCTV Cameras, Biometric machines and others
1.7 Plumbing materials
1.8 Motor Vehicle tyres, parts and lubricants 1.9 Electrical equipment
1.10 Supply of drugs and first aid kit requirements
2. SERVICES
2.1 Repair, maintenance and servicing of computers and other ICT Equipment
2.2 Engraving services
2.3 Maintenance and Repair of furniture, beds
and fittings
2.4 Repair and Maintenance of photocopying, printing and scanning machines including Riso Machines
2.5 Consultancy services (eg Preparation of bills of quantities, Architectural, structural design engineering and supervision)
2.6 Printing, Art and design
2.7 Repair, service and maintenance of school motor vehicles
2.8 Toilet emptying services
2.9 Garbage Collection 2.10 Fumigation Services
2.11 Internet connection services
3. Works
3.1 Civil works (construction), repair, refurbishment and renovation of buildings and fencing
B. FRAMEWORK CONTRACTS
1.1 Office Stationery and consumables
1.2 Cleaning and Sanitary materials
1.3 Laboratory Equipment, reagents & Chemicals
1.4 Food stuffs (Maize Flour, Beans, Rice, Sugar, Cooking Oil, salt, peas etc)
1.5 School uniforms
1.6 Fire wood
4. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with open domestic bidding procedures contained in the Government of Uganda's Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and are open to all eligible bidders.
5(a) A complete set of prequalification Bidding Documents and framework contracts bidding documents in English Language may be purchased by interested bidders on request from the address below upon pay- ment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100, 000 per individual item and UGX 150,000 respectively. The method of payment will be by cash or banker's cheque.
6. Individuals applying as sole proprietors must attach a recommendation letter from a senior Assistant secretary/sub county chief or town clerk from their area of occupation.

8. The deadline date for bid submission shall be on 19 February 2024 at 11:00am (local time)
