Little Muheji school is registered by the Ministry of Education and Sports and was founded in 2006 to pro-vide nursery and primary education. The school is in the process of pre-qualifying reputable and competent firms individuals to supply goods, services and works for financial years 2023-2024
FOOD STUFF SUPPLIES:
1. Supply of Maize four
2. Supply of Beans
3. Supply of Rice
4. Supply of Beef
5. Supply of Buns bread
6. Groceries (cooking oil, salt, curry powder, sugar, tealeaves)
7. Supply of Vegetables, Matooke, Chicken
8.Supply of Firewood
SUPPLY OF UNIFORM
1. Supply of Uniforms (dresses, skirts, shirts) and staff uniforms.
2. Supply of School sweaters
3. Supply of Sportswears, stockings
WORKS.
1. General building works repairs.
2. Repair of walkways freedom circle & park yard
SUPPLY OF OTHER ITEMS
1. Supply of Stationery, office equipment
2. Supply of Textbooks and other reader
3. Supply of cleaning materials (vim, liquid soap, bar soap, blankets and green pads)
4. Supply of furniture (benches, chairs, dining tables, stools & beds)
5. Supply of Electrical, building and plumbing
6. Supply of Computers and computer accessories
7. Supply of Petroleum products. (Fuel, oil and 3. Three copies of sealed bids cleany marked lubricants)
8. Supply of engraving and binding machines
SERVICES
1. Provision of fumigation & pit emptying services
2. Provision of security services
3. Servicing and repair of school vehicles 4. Repair and maintenance of beds & other furniture
5. Servicing and repair of IT equipment (Laptops, Desktops, Scanners, Printers, Photocopiers & CCTV Cameras)
N.B
1. Bidding Documents shall be inspected and issued at Procurement and Disposal Unit upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 100,000 (One hundred thousand anillinga only) cash between 10:00am -3:30PM from Monday to Friday starting from Thursday 24th August, 2023.
2. Applicants must attach all the necessary legal & financial documents and other documents as requested for in the solicitation document with each it emapped for should be addressed to:
