The Goverment of Uganda has allocated funds to Gulu Regional Referral Hospital and intends to apply part of these funds towards the cost of Goods, works and services.
Gulu Regional Referral Hospital now invites suitably qualified bidders to submit sealed Pre-qualification bid documents for various supplies, works and services to be procured below;
Supplies
1. ICT Equipment, Computers, Printers, Photocopiers and Computer Accessories
2. Office furniture and Fittings
3. Tyres, Tubes, Rims and Bateries and other Motor vehicle spares 4. Fire-Fighting Equipment and Spares
5. Staff and Professional Wear
6. Batteries, Backup systems and Solar equipment
7. Air Conditioners and Accessories
8.Medical Equipment and spares
9 Medicines and Health supplies 10 Non-Medical sundries 11Electrical Equipment
Services
12. Repair and Maintenance of Vehicles/Cycles
13. Repair and Maintenance of Furniture and Fittings
14. Auctioning Services
15. Cleaning and Fumigation Services
16. Maintenance of Air Conditioners
17. Teleconferencing services
18. Repair and Maintenance of Office Tools and Equipment
19. PABX Switchboard
20. Maintenance of Electrical Equipment
21. Computer repair and Maintenance
22. Supply and installation of Computer Software, Networking
23. Engraving Services
24. Hire of Motor Vehicles
25. Medical equipment maintenance

26.Construction, Minor civil works/maintenance and renovation of Buildings
The pre-qualification of providers will be conducted in accordance with the procedures of Goverment of Uganda's Public procurement and
Disposal of Public assets Act, 2000 and is open to all bidders.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Pre-qualification documents at the address given below between 8:30 am to 4:00pm on working days.
A complete set of Pre-qualification document may be purchased by interested bidders upon submission of an application & payment of a non refundable fee of UGX 100,000 (or equivalent in convertible currency) in Stanbic Bank, Gulu branch. Alc title, Gulu Regional Referral Hospital, A/c no. 9030006288404.The Hospital cashier will receive the bank payment advise form and issue a general receipt.
Bids Must be delivered to the address below at or before 28th September, 2023 at 11:00 am.
Late Bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened at 11:30 am in the presence of the bidder's representative who choose to attend at the address.

Each applicant is required to submit a complete set of the pre- qualification bid and attach the original receipt for the purchase of the pre-qualification document.

Each item should be applied for separately. Bidders can only apply for not more than two Lota.
Bid opening will be at the Conference Hall, 28th September, 2023 at 11:30 am.
Gulu Regional Referral Hospital reserves the right to accept or reject any bid.
