Amolatar District Local Government is in the process of prequalifying eligible and competent firms/ companies to provide the following goods/supplies, services and works during the course of the FY 2025/2026, 2026/2027, 2028/2029 and providers under Framework Contracts and Special Interest Groups. Amolatar DLG hereby invites bids for:

1. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act 2003 (205) and LG PPDA regulation 2023.

2. Interested firms/companies may obtain the relevant bid documents from the Procurement & Disposal Unit upon payment of non-refundable fee of Ux:100,000 through Integrated Local Revenue Administrative System (IRAS) and receipt of evidence of payment presented to PDU.

3. Three (3) copies of bid document should be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked “Prequalification or Framework Contracts or framework for special interest groups for ...... For FY 2025/2026/27/28-2029” and addressed and delivered to the Head Procurement and Disposal Unit, Amolatar District Local Government Po Box 3 Amolatar, works block.

Evaluation process

The sealed applications will be registered in the Procurement and Disposal Unit Office and deposited in the Bid Box located in the PDU Office.
Bids will be closed at 11:00am on Friday 19th June 2026.
Late submissions will be rejected.

The bids will be opened thereafter at 11:30 am on the same day in the Procurement and Disposal Unit Amolatar district in the presence of Bidders or representatives interested to attend.
