Invitation to Bid under Open Domestic Bidding

Procurement of One (01) Station Wagon
Procurement Reference Number: GU/SUPLS/25-26/00143

1. Gulu University has allocated funds to be used for the acquisition of a provider to Supply One (01) Station Wagon.

2. The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Supply of One (01) Station Wagon.

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding. A procedure contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, Cap 2025 as amended, and is open to all bidders.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from 09:00am to 04:00 PM on working days.

5. The bidding document which has been prepared in the English language may be purchased by interested bidders at 7(a) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 and bank charge of UGX 2,300. The method of payment will be cash deposit to Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) using Payment Reference Number (PRN) generated via website: pay.gu.ac.ug. Follow all the necessary steps to generate PRN. 6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 7(a) at or before 2:00PM on Thursday 9th July, 2026. The bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security in form of a Bank Guarantee. The Bank Guarantee must be valid until and including 4th December, 2026. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late bid shall be rejected. Bid will be opened in the presence of the bidder's representatives, who choose to attend at the Council Boardroom at 2:30PM on Thursday 9th July, 2026.
