Invitation to Bidders Construction Of A Dormitory At GHS

Gayaza High School has allocated funds to be 8. (a) used for the Construction of a Dormitory At GHS. Procurement Reference Number: GHS/ WRKS/2023/00004
The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above works.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding method contained in the Government of Uganda's Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 and is open to all bidders.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from 8:00 am - 5:00
pm.
The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX: 200,000 (Uganda Shillings Two Hundred Thousand) only (Stanbic bank, A/c Name: Gayaza High School, A/c No: 9030005991713). On presentation of proof of payment, bidding documents may then be collected from the Procurement and Disposal Unit at the administration block with effect from 19+ October,
2023.
Bids must be delivered to the address below at 5(c) at or before 11:00 am on 17 November, 2023. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of UGX 60,000,000 (Uganda Shillings Sixty Million only). Bid securities must be valid until 15th April, 2024. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at Gayaza Migh School at 11.30am on 17 November, 2023.
There shall be a pre-bid meeting at Gayara High School at 11:00 on 27 October, 2023 the dates indicated in the proposed schedule in this notice.
