Usaid/Uganda Domestic Revenue Mobilization for Development (Drm4d) Activity
Background:
USAID Uganda Domestic Revenue Mobilization for Development Activity (DRM4D) is being implemented by Nathan Associates Inc a member of the Cadmus group in partnership with DT Global formerly known as Cardno Emerging Market group. The Activity runs from January 2020 to January 2025. The goal of the Activity is to support the Uganda government to strengthen the tax system, increase voluntary compliance, and sustainably increase domestic revenue mobilization (DRM), thereby creating the fiscal space for enhanced public spending in priority sectors such as health, education and agriculture.

Invitation:
DRM4D would like to support Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) with the door- to-door (Katale) engagements where taxpayers are engaged on their rights, obligations and all other aspects that enable them to voluntarily comply with their tax obligations. At the door-to-door engagement taxpayers will be issued with tax information for reference in form of tax brochures, booklets and leaflets which contain simplified, precise and accurate tax information. DRM4D therefore invites
Suitably qualified vendors to reply to this invitation to Tender and submit their offers for the provision of printing services to the USAID/DRM4D Activity.
