Invitation to Tender: External Audit Services

1. Introduction
Tororo Butaleja Cluster Child Ministry is a Network of church based child and youth development centers under the oversight leadership of Deliverance church Uganda, Uganda Assemblies Of God, PAG and discipleship International ministries , and in Partnership with compassion International Uganda.

We are currently in search of a competent External Audit firm to render the above mentioned services to Tororo Butaleja child Ministry to Audit 10 projects for a period of 2 years.

2. Tender Requirements
Tenders should include the following information:

• Must have a valid practicing certificate from ICPAU as the governing body.
• The quotation fee for the first year of the contract period, divided in equal amounts per project.
• CVs of senior staff such as the Audit Partner and Manager and supporting personnel who would conduct the external audit.
• An explanation of the external audit approach that would be used and Details of relevant experience within the sector and the business activities and issues addressed.
• Details of the areas of technical expertise within the firm that can be coiled on to support the audit team and to provide advice to the umbrella leaders as required
• Details of other charity clients as well as any references that might be used.

Shortlisted firms will be invited to a short interview which will include a 10 minute presentation to the umbrella Leaders.

3. Deadline
The deadline for responses to this tender is 6pm on 30th Sept 2026.

Bids should be submitted either through posting or by email as provided above. Firms that have provided audit services for Tororo Butaleja Cluster for 3 consecutive years need not apply.
