The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of Automated Chemistry Analyzer, UHJSUPLS/25-260/4375.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Restricted Domestic bidding procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003.
This Letter of invitation has been addressed to the following interested parties:
You may obtain further information from Uganda Heart Institute and inspect the bidding documents if the address given below at 8(a) from 08:00am to 05:00pm.
The Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the cash office, at ward 2c New Miningo Uganda Heart Institute upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UCX 100,000v. (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand Only) for the bid document and thereafter come to the address below for the tender document.
Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 11:00am on 24th September 2025 all bids must be accompanied by a bid security of UCX 4,345,000/(Uganda Shillings Four Million Three Hundred Forty-Five Thousand only) and must be valid until 24th January, 2026. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the holders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 11:30am on 24th September 2025.
