Job Description:
Position Overview:
As a Junior Human Resources Coordinator at Markle Investments, you will play a vital role in assisting the HR team with various administrative tasks and HR-related processes. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Support:
2. Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and company websites.
3. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
4. Schedule interviews and coordinate communication with candidates.
5. Assist with reference checks and background verifications.
6. Onboarding and Orientation:
7. Prepare new hire paperwork and ensure all required documents are completed.
8. Assist in conducting new employee orientations.
9. Help employees with the onboarding process, including setting up email accounts and access to company systems.
10. HR Administration:
11. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
12. Assist in benefits administration, including enrollment and changes.
13. Handle general HR inquiries and provide support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
14. Assist with organizing HR-related events and training sessions.
15. Data Management:
16. Compile HR data and generate reports as needed.
17. Maintain HR databases and electronic files.
18. Assist in analyzing HR metrics and trends.
19. Compliance and Policies:
20. Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
21. Help in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures.
22. Employee Relations:
23. Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, escalating issues to HR management as necessary.
24. Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of Human Resources.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
