Kitchen F&B support

Our client is looking for reliable, energetic, and hardworking Kitchen F&B Staff to support smooth day-to-day operations across the kitchen and food & beverage areas. The successful candidates will assist with food preparation, service, cleaning, stock handling, and other operational duties while maintaining high standards of hygiene, teamwork, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist kitchen and F&B teams with daily operational activities.
  • Support basic food preparation and ensure ingredients and supplies are ready when required.
  • Assist with setting up and clearing dining and service areas.
  • Deliver food, beverages, plates, and other items to the appropriate service areas when required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, restaurant, bar, and service areas.
  • Wash and organise kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, and service items as assigned.
  • Assist with receiving, storing, and organising food, beverages, and other supplies.
  • Follow proper food handling, hygiene, health, and safety procedures.
  • Support chefs, waiters, bartenders, and other F&B team members during busy service periods.
  • Ensure work areas and equipment are kept clean, organised, and ready for service.
  • Report damaged equipment, stock shortages, spillages, or other operational issues to the supervisor.
  • Assist with stock counting and proper storage of supplies where required.
  • Provide friendly and professional support to guests and colleagues.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and instructions from supervisors.
  • Perform other kitchen and F&B duties as assigned.

Requirements :

  • Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Catering, or a related field is an advantage
  • Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, bar, catering, or related hospitality environment is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Good physical stamina and willingness to perform hands-on duties.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Good personal hygiene and professional appearance
