Tenna & Pharma Laboratories is hiring a Laboratory Technologist (2) with the following roles and responsibilities;

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Receive and analyze specimens as per doctor’s request.
• Conduct PCR and specialized tests efficiently.
• Prepare and dispatch accurate test reports.
• Communicate urgent and abnormal results promptly.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and perform calibrations.
• Manage reagents, consumables, and stock records.
• Develop SOPs and assess new techniques.
• Participate in quality control programs and audits.
• Ensure compliance with EHS standards.
• Support staff scheduling and training.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology.
• At least 2 years of laboratory experience.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of PCR and specialized testing procedures.
