JOB DETAILS:
BUGISU COOPERATIVE UNION LTD Bugisu Cooperative Union Empowering Farmers. Growing Together. WE ARE HIRING! M&E OFFICER FOR THE EYE-C PROGRAM UNDER BCU Bugisu Cooperative Union (BCU) is seeking a results-oriented M&E Officer to track program performance, measure impact and support evidence-based decision making.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop M&E frameworks, tools and indicators.
- Collect, analyze and interpret data to track progress.
- Prepare timely reports and share insights with stakeholders.
- Ensure data quality and management.
- Support learning and continuous improvement of programs.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Statistics, Social Sciences, Agriculture or related field.
- At least 2–3 years’ experience in M&E or data management.
- Strong skills in data collection tools (Kobo, ODK, Excel, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, reporting and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with ability to work independently.
