JOB DETAILS:
Role Purpose
Ensure programs are data-driven, results-oriented, and accountable to beneficiaries and donors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop M&E frameworks and indicators.
- Manage data collection tools and reporting systems.
- Conduct baseline and evaluation studies.
- Produce quarterly performance reports.
- Lead learning and knowledge management processes.
Qualifications
- Degree in Statistics, Monitoring & Evaluation, Public Health or related field.
- 5 years M&E experience in NGOs.
