JOB DETAILS:

The Ndere Cultural Centre is Uganda’s premier cultural hub and performance venue, located across a lush 9-acre property in Ntinda-Kisaasi, Kampala. Founded in 1986 by Stephen Rwangyezi, it serves as the home of the world-renowned Ndere Troupe, showcasing the traditional music, high-energy dance, drumming, and storytelling of over 56 distinct Ugandan ethnic tribes.

As a Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the Ndere Cultural Centre and its offerings. This includes creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, organizing promotional events, and analyzing market trends to reach a wider audience. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the visibility and appeal of Uganda's rich cultural heritage as presented by the Ndere Troupe.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for arts and culture. Experience in digital marketing and event promotion is highly desirable. A creative mindset and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential.
