Responsibilities

1. Advise the Country Managing Director about how the activity of the Bank must comply with laws, regulations and international best practices.
2. Ensure the Bank is Compliant with all laws and regulations.

4. Ecobank Group by analyzing, monitoring, performing, and reporting on all centralized activities as agreed.



JOB DETAILS:

To lead a Commercial branch in driving and delivering exceptional business performance through the provision of excellent sales and service management, influential leadership, team development and the achievement of operational excellence.
To achieve all operational and financial targets set by the bank and optimise th efficiency and productivity of staff and staffing structure at branch level.
