We are looking for enthusiastic Tele-sales representatives who will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities include;

1. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
2. Answer questions about products or the company
3. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
4. Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
 

5. Enter and update customer information in the database
6. Take and process orders in an accurate manner
7. Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
8. Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
9. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Qualifications;
1. Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
2. Proven experience as tele-sales representative or other sales/customer service role

Competencies;
1. Excellent communication skills
2. Teamwork
3. Good interpersonal skills
4. Excellent knowledge of relevant computer programs
5. Language proficiency (multi-Lingual)



JOB DETAILS:

We are looking for a hardworking and responsible individual to provide supervision and direction to the direct sales representatives and support them in achieving their goals in line with their score cards in order to achieve the New business strategy.

Key Responsibilities include;

1. Supervise and direct DSRs to improve productivity and achieve set targets.
2. Acquire new business through the DSR channel in order to grow the balance sheet.
 

3. Carry out coaching sessions with staff to ensure consistency in application of assessment standards.
4. Conduct regular performance appraisals for direct reports.
5. Identify opportunities for cross-selling interactions.
6. Increase customer retention by engaging customers
7. Support Relationship managers with customer research for business growth and customer value chain analysis for problem resolution.
8. Drive policy adherence i.e., Adhere to policies including escalation and compliance requirements and follow any other relevant internal controls and procedures as they relate to process, products, policies, and regulation.

Qualifications;

1. Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in any field
2. Proven experience in a sales/customer service role

3. Good interpersonal skills
4. Excellent Analytical skills
5. Proficient computer skills


We are looking for hardworking and competitive field sales representatives to source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve set targets.

Key Responsibilities include;
1. “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods
2. Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
3. Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long-lasting relationships
4. Meet personal and team sales targets
5. Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
6. Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
7. Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
8. Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory

Qualifications;
1. Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business administration or related field
2. Proven experience in a sales role

Competencies;
1. Excellent communication skills
2. Teamwork
3. Good interpersonal skills
4. Proficient computer skills
