To control quality at the Service Centre by providing excellent Customer Service to walk in customers and managing stock as per the M-KOPA service police.

Key Responsibilities
1. Support customer swap & return processes in line with M-KOPA reverse logistics policy
2. Review and accurately update all activity in the Inventory tools with all incoming and outgoing transactions as per M-KOPA stock handling policy
3. Allocate stock to Direct Sales Representatives (DSRs) in line with M-KOPA stock allocation policy
4. Manage stock by preventing stock –out at the Service and guaranteeing integrity of stock.
5. Resolve or escalate walk in customer queries in line with MKOPA customer care guidelines
6. Uphold the brand values of M-KOPA, including ensuring the M-KOPA Service Centre is highly presentable to customers

Incumbent Requirements
1. A bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution / university in any field.
2. Fluent in at least English & Luganda / or a major language found within any of the Sales Regions
3. Able to work well under pressure and under minimum supervision
4. A fast learner who is able to work with set targets
5. A team player with a high level of flexibility
6. Should be self-motivated & able to demonstrate a drive for results with a professional approach.
7. Excellent customer Care skills -Customer centric with commitment to deliver
8. Possession of basic numerical skills
9. Team work with high levels of flexibility.
10. Demonstrate high level of integrity, work ethics, proactive and positive attitude.
11. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills
12. Report-writing and presentation skills.
13. Should be self-motivated & able to demonstrate a drive for results with a professional approach.

The main purpose of an M-KOPA stock controller is to serve customers and the sales team by distributing stock and helping customers with repairs.

Key Job Functions
Reporting to M-KOPA stock point from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Saturday
Stock management: Physical and system stock receipt and issuance; and stocktaking
Customer service: Log and resolve all customer issues and assist customers in their inquiry
Branding: Ensure that all posters and marketing materials are visible, and present themselves diligently as the face of M-KOPA Sales

Experience/ Skills & Competencies/ Licences & Certifications/ Education Required
1. At least 1 year of experience in customer care or sales, preferably in a phone-selling company.
2. Front office management is an added advantage
3. Computer literate
4. College diploma in any field or tertiary training in customer service
