Job Description
1. Manage payments in all aspects of business and is accountable for timely and accurate processing of all outward, incoming domestic and international payments instructions.
2. Represent payments at all internal and external forums.
3. Develops and implements operational strategies and tactics by continuously analysing the payments process and measuring against benchmarks to ensure better management of the Payments function
4. Identify, assess, and mitigate the risks facing both systems and business processes thereby minimising the operational risks.
5. Drive a performance management and career development culture through mentoring and motivating in regular team and one-on-one meetings to ensure optimal performance and minimise staff turnover rate.

Qualifications
1. A Degree in any business-related field Graduate majoring in Banking, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related disciplines.

Additional Information
1. Broad understanding of clearing or payment activities, rules, and regulations.
2. Understanding of the Bank, systems, processes, and procedures.
3. Understanding the basics of team dynamics and participation in developing and maintaining a team culture.

Job Description
The senior cloud developer will be responsible for designing and developing applications and system solutions that affect an entire organization and our business partners. Successful candidates will frequently act as the support structure for business by recommending new solutions to improve user experience and integrations with our partners and/or client facing platforms.
1. Have in-depth knowledge and experience in numerous Cloud Developer tools and services, Integrating vendor-specific cloud services
2. Know how to work on scalability and security of cloud applications.
3. Put to good use of DevOps practices to build and deploy applications on distinct cloud platforms.
4. Time Management and ability to work in an agile software development environment
5. Designing, implementing, and maintaining Java-based mission-critical systems that often process high-volume and low-latency traffic
6. Familiarity with developing pipelines and working with CI/CD and developer tools
7. Support continuous improvement of released products

Qualifications
1. BSc. degree in Computer Science or similar degree in another related technical field.
2. 3-5years IT experience; developing cloud-native applications

Experience:
1. Spring Certified Professional
2. Cloud Practitioner
