NIGHT AUDITOR

Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working overnight? We are seeking a Night Auditor to join our team and play a crucial role in both guest service and financial accuracy.

Responsibilities or duties

• Perform nightly audit procedures and reconcile daily hotel transactions
• Post room charges, taxes, and any outstanding guest transactions
• Process guest charge vouchers and credit card transactions
• Verify that all front desk transactions are properly documented and accurately posted in the system
• Ensure all POS and other system charges are correctly reflected in guest accounts
• Transfer charges and deposits to master accounts where required
• Verify account postings, balances, and ensure all charges are assigned to the correct departments
• Prepare daily financial and revenue reports and end-of-day summaries
• Print and organize reports and reservations for the next business day.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

• Degree in Hospitality Management, Accounting, or Finance
• Strong attention to detail and basic accounting skills
• Comfortable working night shifts
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with hotel systems (PMS) is a plus

Experience needed

• 3 years of experience in a similar position in a reputable hotel
