The National Drug Authority (NDA) intends to sell obsolete assorted items by public auction. The obsolete assorted items are sold on an “as is, where is” basis and the Entity will have no liability after sale.

The auction will be conducted by Simba Speed Auctioneers Limited on Plot 19, Lumumba Avenue, Kampala, Uganda NDA Head Office on 22nd November 2025 at 9:00 a.m.

Interested bidders may inspect the items at
Plot 19, Lumumba Avenue, Kampala, Uganda NDA Head Office from 10th November to 21st November 2025 from 9:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m. only. -
Terms of sale shall be 100% cash payment or 50% down payment at the fall of the hammer and the balance to be paid within 5 (five) working days.

Bidders shall forfeit any down payment made on the bid offer if he/she fails to complete payment within the time given above.

All participants are required to pay UGX 30,000 (non-refundable) at the gate on the day of auctioning.
