Management Regulation and Policies.
a Be familiar with region laws and regulations 01 Procurement.
Import and export. Finance, Labor, Local Content, etc.
a Assist Oilfield Chemicals Project KPI assigned by Oilfield Chemicals
Division.
a Form the D&C fluid Services team, optimize the HR and train the cadre
a Review administrative, financial and procurement documents.
a Investigate the oil & gas services market and report to Oilfield
Chemicals Division.
a Practice and execute company marke1ing development plan.

Experience
a Bachelor's degree or above.
a Petroleum Engineering, Chemistry Application or the related.
a At least 10 years 01 experience 10 oil and gas industry/At least 2 years of experience In project management/At least 7 years of experience in O&C Fluids Engineering Service
