1. Forum for African Women Educationalists (FAWE) Uganda has allocated funds for the Prequalification of providers for supplies and services for Financial Years 2026/27, 2027/28 and 2028/29.

2. The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for shortlisting purposes under different categories of procurement.

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Bidding method and is open at all eligible bidders.

4. a) The Bill documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UXX 100,000 only (One hundred thousand Uganda Stirlings) for each Lot of interest. The mode of payment will be by direct deposit or transfer on AIC Forum for African Women Educationalists – Uganda Chapter, Account 9030005605198, Stanbic Bank, Corporate Branch, Kampala.

5. The Bill documents shall be collected by the interested eligible bidders upon presenting original bank slip or receipt as proof of payment at Forum for Women Educationalists Uganda Chapter offices, Plot 328, Magalu Close, Bukoto –Off Klassai Road, PO Box 24117, Kampala. The bid documents will be available from 7th to 18th November 2025 between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm (Monday to Thursday) and 9:00 am and 12:00 pm (Friday). Completed bid documents must be delivered to the address above (a 401) by Thursday – 20th November 2025 at 3:00 pm. It is mandatory for bidders to submit the original bank transaction slip/receipt with the completed bid documents.
   Bids without the original bank transaction slip/receipt attached shall not be received.

6. There shall not be a pre - bid meeting.
