Operations Manager
On-Site | Kampala | Full-time
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage end-to-end driver lifecycle
- Drive data-led supply strategies
- Oversee daily ride operations
- Ensure regulatory & operational compliance
- Analyze operational & trip data
- Collaborate cross-functionally & with partners
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years' operations experience
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills
- Experience in tech, transport, or sharing economy
- Strong verbal and written English proficiency
Work Hours: 8
