JOB DETAILS:
Grassroots Nest for Innovations and Change is seeking a dynamic Partnerships and Policy Lead to strengthen our policy engagements and partnerships in Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania.
The ideal candidate will:
✔️ Lead government relations and policy engagement
✔️ Build and manage partnerships with donors, stakeholders, and grassroots organizations
✔️ Align policy and practice to support quality education for children and youth
✔️ Contribute to fundraising strategies and sector influence
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Public Policy, Development Studies, International Relations, or related field
Proven experience working with government, CSOs, and donors
Strong policy analysis, writing, and communication skills
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: postgraduate degree
