Role Context

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and accurate dispensing of medications and providing excellent patient care. The ideal candidate will be a registered professional with a passion for pharmacy services and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of practice.

Key Responsibilities

The Pharmacy Technician will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Dispensing medicines accurately and efficiently under the supervision of a pharmacist.
  • Managing pharmacy inventory, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and monitoring stock levels.
  • Providing patient education on medication use, potential side effects, and storage.
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and prescription information.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Must be registered with the Allied Professionals Council.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced pharmacy environment.
