Job Purpose   

Provide support to the Principal Planning Officer in preparation and production of university strategic and annual work plan.

 Key Duties & Responsibilities            

  1. Provide technical support to the units in preparation and production of University plans;
  2. Prepare and disseminate performance standards and indicator for the University to users;
  3. Participate in formulating, developing, coordinating the University development plans and budgets;
  4. Coordinate, monitor and evaluate performance of the University development plans, Programs and projects;
  5. Develop and maintain an updated databank;
  6. Collect and maintain statistical data of the University;
  7. Perform any other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

 Required Qualifications         

  1. Masters’ degree in Business Administration or Economics or Management or Commerce or Statistics;
  2. An Honors Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Economics or Education Planning and Management or Commerce or Statistics.

 Experience     

At least three (3) years working experience in a complex, dynamic and successful organization

 Skills/Competences  

  • Knowledge of investment philosophies and styles, performance measures and methodologies used in evaluating managers and reporting;
  • Demonstrated leadership, administrative, decision making and communication skills;
  • Endowment investment administration skills;
  • Investment consulting skills;
  • Computer literacy skills.
