Job Purpose
Provide support to the Principal Planning Officer in preparation and production of university strategic and annual work plan.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to the units in preparation and production of University plans;
- Prepare and disseminate performance standards and indicator for the University to users;
- Participate in formulating, developing, coordinating the University development plans and budgets;
- Coordinate, monitor and evaluate performance of the University development plans, Programs and projects;
- Develop and maintain an updated databank;
- Collect and maintain statistical data of the University;
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- Masters’ degree in Business Administration or Economics or Management or Commerce or Statistics;
- An Honors Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Economics or Education Planning and Management or Commerce or Statistics.
Experience
At least three (3) years working experience in a complex, dynamic and successful organization
Skills/Competences
- Knowledge of investment philosophies and styles, performance measures and methodologies used in evaluating managers and reporting;
- Demonstrated leadership, administrative, decision making and communication skills;
- Endowment investment administration skills;
- Investment consulting skills;
- Computer literacy skills.
