Welile is a technology company. Our platform connects tenants who need rent support with the people and partners who can fund it.

We are hiring twenty Platform Sales Officers to prospect, present, close and keep customers — tenants, landlords, agents and funding partners.

This is a sales role. You will *not* lend money, handle customer funds, promise returns or give financial advice. Welile is not a bank or a lender and you will never describe it as one.

We want people who have:

• Closed real sales themselves — tech, telecom, insurance, property, banking, payments, FMCG, mobility
• A genuine network they can work without abusing anyone’s trust
• The discipline for weekly and monthly targets
• The honesty to say _”I will confirm that”_ rather than guess

You get: retainer from 2M negotiable + commission, full product training before you sell, and a senior person you can bring into any hard conversation at no cost to your standing.

Three rules, stated up front: no guessing, no pressure, and customer money never touches your hands.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
