Pre-qualification for Works, Supplies and Services; framework contracts, open bidding and provision of Non-Consultancy Services for collection of Local Revenue from local Markets for the FY 2026/27

Bulebo District Local Government has an approved budget from the Government of Uganda towards the cost of procurement of Works and Supplies FY 2026/2027.

Biblebo District Local Government now invites bids from suitably qualified and competent firms/Companies for Pre-qualification/ Framework Contracts for 3 FVs, Collection of Local Revenue and Open Bidding for the FY 2026/27 as detailed below: -

A. Pre-qualification for Works, Supplies and Services

Works for National Providers

• General Construction and Renovation of Buildings

Works for Special Interest Group

• General Construction and Renovation of Buildings for 10 million and below

Supplies for National Providers

• Supply of Borehole spare parts

• Supply of motor cycle and Bicycles

• Supply of Office Furniture/Equipment

• Supply of livestock implements

• Supply of medical equipment

Supplies for Special Interest Group

• Supply of School Desks

• Supply of Tree Seedlings

• Supply of Agricultural inputs

• Supply of solar systems

B. Framework contracts for National providers.

• Supply of road Masram for routine road maintenance.

• Construction materials.

• Supply of Fuels, Oils and Lubricants

• Vehicle and Motorcycle repair and maintenance and supply of related spare parts

• Supply of Tyres, Tubes and Batteries

Framework contracts for Special Interest Group.

• Supply of Assorted Office Stationery, Photocopying and General Secretarial Services

• Provision of Catering and Hotel Services

• Supply of computers (Desktop and laptops), printers, photocopiers and related accessories

C. Management and Collection of Local Revenue from the following Markets are reserved for (SACCOs):

2. Complete sets of bidding documents in English can be inspected and obtained from the Procurement and Disposal Unit (PDU), Bulebo District Local Government, P.O Box 228, Mbale during normal working days between 9:00am - 5:00pm, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ugst 150,000 for Pre-qualification upon request of a PRN (Payment Registration Number) from Revenue Officer (OKURUT ALEX 0772470551) through IRAS.

3. (a) Bidders shall be required to submit TWO books with the original inclusive.

4. Late bids shall be rejected.
