Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 and is open to all eigible bioders
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Terego District Local Government-Procurement and Disposal Unit (PDU) and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 6a from 8.00am-5:00pm on working days
A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased at a non-refundable fee of UGX $2,750 (Shillings fifty two thousand seven hundred fifty only) for each item in category A, B, C D and E. The method of payment will be through Terego DLG General Fund- Account Number 9030017568425, Stanbic Bank-Arua Branch and obtain a general receipt from the District Cashier
