Entebbe comprehensive secondary school invites suitably qualified bidders to submit sealed pre-qualification submissions for provision of supplies, Services and Works.

SUPPLIES

1. Food Supplies
   Lot 1: Dry foods: Maize flour, millet flour, rice, Sugar, Cooking Oil, Salt and Soya.
   Lot 2: Meat, Chicken, Matooke, Tomatoes, Onions, Cabbage, carrots, green pepper.

3. Supply of firewood
4. Supply of Laboratory chemicals, Apparatus and Teaching materials
5. Supply of ICT Equipment and accessories
6. Supply of standard reference Text books
7. Supply of Cleaning and sanitary materials
8. Supply of Electrical material and fittings
9. Supply of Printed stationery
10. Supply of furniture and fittings
11. Supply of Hardware and Plumbing material
12. Supply of Fuel and Lubricants
13. Drugs and Medical Supplies

SERVICES

1. Repair and Servicing of the Generator
2. Repair and maintenance of office equipment
3. Printing and Publication Services
4. Rehabilitation of systems and equipment used in Laboratory
5. Cesspool emptier
6. Internal Services
7. Fumigation services
8. Fire extinguisher services
9. Hire of Tents and Chairs

WORKS

1. Painting of School buildings
2. Repairs and renovation of buildings
3. Minor Civil works

Bids must be accompanied by the following documents

• Certificate of incorporation,
• Certificate of Registration for Tax (TIN)
• Memorandum and Article of Association
• A copy of the trading license for the year 2026
• A copy of a valid tax clearance certificate
• Copies of LPOs of different supplies
• Power of Attorney
• Company profiles with details of key personnel& past experience in similar field.

Prequalification submissions of Interest will be evaluated in accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 and the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Regulations, 2014 of the Government of Uganda. This prequalification is open to all eligible firms.

A complete set of prequalification document in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX: 100,000/= to Entebbe comprehensive secondary school A/c no. 903000966018 in Stanbic Bank. The tender document will be availed to you upon presentation of a receipt.

Prequalification documents submissions must be (one) original and 2 copies delivered to the Procurement Office Entebbe Comprehensive Secondary School P.O. Box 129 Entebbe, Uganda not later than on Thursday 8th October 2026 at 11:30am after which bids will be opened at 12:00pm in the Boardroom in presence of bidders' representatives who may wish to attend. Late submissions shall be rejected.
