Purposed Hope Foundation Uganda is a non-profit humanitarian organization established with the mission to empower vulnerable communities—especially mothers and children—through healthcare, education, clean water, food security, and economic empowerment initiatives. The Foundation responds to pressing social and economic challenges with compassion, integrity, and sustainable solutions.

Interested and eligible companies/individuals are invited to participate, and may obtain soft copies of bid document (named PHF-Prequalification bid document 2025) from Purposed Hope Foundation website https://purposedhope.org/ (under the Bids Section). Bidders are expected to pay a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 (One hundred thousand shillings only) for each code/lot they will apply for, payable through the bank on the bank account in the bid document.

Interested bidders shall attach a copy of the receipt or proof of payment to the bid documents as evidence of payment. Interested firms/individuals who meet the set criteria should submit their bids in accordance to the instructions in the bid documents PHF-Prequalification bid document 2025) from Purposed Hope Foundation website https://purposedhope.org/ (under the Bids Section).

All submissions must follow the forms in the bid document on our website. Bids should be submitted by Thursday 13th November 2025, 4:30 pm (EAST).
