PREQUALIFICATION OF PROVIDERS FOR SUPPLIES, SERVICES AND WORKS.
World Alliance for Lung and Intensive Care Medicine in Uganda (WALIMU) is a Non- Governmental Organization (NGO) led by physicians from Uganda and the United States that works to improve clinical care for severely ill patients in hospitals across Uganda. WALIMU was established and registered in United States as a 501(c)3 non-profit organization in 2010 and incorporated in Uganda as an NGO in August 2013 with offices in Kololo, Kampala.
Our programming model is built around behavior change interventions that target the essential conditions for improving the quality of health care provided. Our Project portfolio includes both research and non-research grants.
WALIMU seeks to Pre-Qualify/Short list suppliers for various Goods, Services and Works from which we will be requesting for bids.

Categories of requirements and Evaluation Criteria can be down-loaded through the link https://walimu.org/tender/pre-qualification-bid-document-2024-2025/ or requested through the email address; procurement@walimu.org
All potential suppliers/bidders should note the following;
All potential suppliers submitting
expression of interest for Prequalification will pay bid price of UGX 50,000 to
WALIMU's Account details indicated in the bid document.
Attach a copy of the Receipt while submitting your documents. Ensure that you register your documents on submission.
All bidders/potential suppliers for Pre- Qualification must submit three (03) copies of hard copy documents, SEALED. Envelopes MUST be clearly labelled "Prequalification for the stated category of item applied for.
WALIMU Reserves the Right to accept or reject any bid.
All bid documents for Prequalification Exercise should be submitted by 15th December 2023 at 5:00pm and addressed to:
