1.            Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding procedures contained in the Local Government's (Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets) Act 2003 and Regulations 2006 and are open to all eligible Bidders.

2.            Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Madi Okollo District Local Government-Procurement and Disposal Unit (PDU) and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from 8:00 am - 5.00pm on working days.

3.            The Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the Submission of a written application to the address below at 8(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ugx 100,000 (Shillings: One hundred thousand) for management of markets and revenue sources, Office stationery and provision of general printing and Provision of meals and refreshments and for 50,000 (Shillings fifty thousand only) for others. The method of payment will be through Madi Okollo District General Fund Account Number 3100065051 Centenary Bank Arua Branch and obtain a general receipt from the District Cashier.

4.            Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) on or before Tuesday 27 June, 2023 at 11:30am. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below on Tuesday 27 June, 2023 at 12.30 pm

5.            (a) Documents will be inspected at & issued from: Procurement and Disposal Unit Madi Okollo District Local Government
