To develop and execute AFR, OFR/RFR pricing strategies and manage RFQ/tender processes ensuring the delivery of timely, accurate, and competitive pricing solutions aligned with business objectives, customer requirements, and company policies. The role also drives effective carrier and stakeholder engagement, supports business growth, and contributes to continuous improvement in pricing efficiency and profitability.

Responsibilities or duties
- Support the execution of plans and processes to implement the AFR/OFR pricing strategy.
- Assist in responding to pricing enquiries in an efficient and competitive manner.
- Execute tasks and activities while ensuring effective resource management and optimizing productivity for the day-to-day operations.
- Support the timely monitoring and accurate updating of local tariffs.
- Prepare and submit relevant documents for tenders.
- Develop and maintain databases with specific information to enable quick responses to specific network queries.
- Build and secure business relationships with customers and airlines.
- Prepare carrier performance reports and reviews.
- Identify opportunities to enhance services and processes to secure cost-effective and competitive prices and negotiate competitive rates with airline suppliers while meeting desired service specifications and transit time targets.
- Understand recent developments of new solutions, services, lane and traffic development
- May provide functional guidance, advice or training to less experienced positions
- Identify and resolve recurring issues, and suggest modifications to AFR/OFR pricing methods
- Develop opportunities to expand business with new clients and continuously improve in house customer services.
- IP Pricing for special cargo handling.
- GLOBAL RFQ management.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- Extensive knowledge of AFR, OFR, RFR Logistics and Operations
- Global Logistics and Geographical knowledge
- Strong Communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to identify and meet customer needs in a timely, pleasant, and friendly manner
- Commercial attitude
- Good administration skills
- Results driven and attention to details
- Computer and Microsoft Office Literate
- Basic Financial Acumen (Revenue, Cost, Gross Profit, etc.)
- Cargo wise experience
Experience needed
- Minimum 2 years’ experience

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification
