PALM Corps (PC) is a registered National NGO committed to improving the quality of life of vulnerable populations through transformative education and community development initiatives. In partnership with Danish Refugee Council (DRC) and UNHCR, PALM Corps is implementing an education programme in refugee-hosting districts. To address critical staffing gaps and expand access to quality education, PALM Corps invites applications from qualified and motivated individuals to fill the following positions in Rhino Camp, Imvepi, and Bidibidi Refugee Settlements.
PRIMARY SCHOOL POSITIONS (216 POSITIONS)
1. Primary Headteachers
- Imvepi Refugee Settlement - 8
- Rhino Camp Refugee Settlement - 11
Responsibilities or duties
- Provide leadership and overall school administration
- Supervise and support teaching staff
- Coordinate with stakeholders (DEO, PTA/SMC, partners)
- Ensure quality teaching, learning, and safeguarding standards
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Primary Education (Postgraduate qualification added advantage)
- MoES registration required
Experience needed
- Minimum 2+ years in school leadership

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS (ALL POSITIONS)
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Strong understanding of child safeguarding principles
- Ability to work in hardship and multicultural environments
- Recommendation letter confirming good conduct (no protection violations)
