Vivo Energy Uganda, the company that distributes and markets Shell-branded fuels and lubricants in Uganda, invites sealed bids from interested parties for the purchase of its Shell Clock Tower Service Station, located on Plot 25 Entebbe Road, Kampala, offered on an "as is, where is" basis.

DETAILS
Shell Clock Tower comprises approximately 0.105 hectares (0.26 acres) on a leasehold title, situated in a prominent downtown location within Kampala's Central Business District along Entebbe Road and strategically positioned opposite the Old Taxi Park.

The property comprises a fully operational Shell service station with complete infrastructure, including fuel canopy and dispensing pumps, underground fuel storage tanks, paved forecourts, motor vehicle service bay and tyre clinic, generator and compressor house, and commercial block with office space and retail shops.

The property benefits from high vehicular and pedestrian traffic, excellent road connectivity, and are surrounded by established commercial developments. The strategic location and existing infrastructure makes this property ideally suited for continued automotive and fuel retail operations, retail or mixed-use commercial activity or broader commercial redevelopment.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Interested bidders may obtain further information and bid submission guidelines upon formal expression of interest. Bids must include:
• Bidder's full name, contact details and TIN (consortium bids must include details of all members).
• Purchase offer clearly stating the bid amount exclusive of VAT.
• A 5% commitment fee, submitted as a 30-day bank guarantee payable to Vivo Energy Uganda Limited (Refundable to unsuccessful bidders within five (5) days of award.)
TERMS
• Disposal conducted in accordance with Vivo Energy Uganda's internal Procurement and Disposal Procedures.
• Property inspections strictly by prior appointment.
• Bids without a valid bank guarantee will be rejected.
• Vivo Energy Uganda reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to withdraw the process at its discretion.
