JOB DETAILS:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop a Purchasing strategy.
• Review and process purchase orders.
• Manage other members of the purchasing team
• Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
• Negotiate prices and contracts with suppliers
• Builds and maintains relationships with vendors
• Company system procedures and document management
• Liaising with URA

Qualifications and Experience
• A Bachelors Degree in Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Additional qualification like CIPs in an Added Advantage
• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position
• Extensive experience in Shipping
• Keen understanding of customs procedures for imports and exports
• Experience in handling warehousing and ex- warehousing
• Experience handling International Procurement
• Excellent Ms skills


Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
