Koboko District Local Government intends to pre-qualify Firms, Companies and individuals for procurement of works, supplies, services and Framework contracts during the financial year 2026/27/28.

Koboko District Local Government now invites sealed bids/applications from interested, competent registered firms, groups, associations, cooperative and companies for pre-qualification and management of Markets and revenue collection services for the procurements below:

1. PREQUALIFICATION OF PROVIDERS FOR SUPPLIES

3. PREQUALIFICATION OF PROVIDERS FOR SERVICES

4. PRE-QUALIFICATION OF PROVIDERS FOR WORKS/SUPPLIES/SERVICES UNDER FRAME WORK ARRANGEMENTS

| SRVCS/00014 | Provision of cleaning and sanitation services for koboko General Hospital |
| SRVCS/00015 | Provision of meals, refreshments and hotel conference services under frame works contracts |
| SRVCS/00016 | Supply of assorted office stationery, office cleaning consumables, Supply and printing of t- shirts, banners and flags under frame works contracts |

| SRVCS/00019 | Supply, services and repair of vehicles, motorcycle and other related equipment under frame work contracts |
| SRVCS/00020 | Supply of computers, printers, photocopiers, generators, cameras and computers accessories under frame work contract |
| SRVCS/00021 | Supply of both local and industrial building materials under frame work contracts |
| SRVCS/00022 | Supply of oils, fuel and lubricants under frame work contract |

5. MANAGEMENT OF REVENUE POINTS

The revenue sources have been graded as “A, B & C” with detailed bid notice available on the entity’s notice board.

CONDITIONS

1. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding procedures contained in the government of Uganda’s PPDA act 2003 and are open to all eligible bidders.

2. A complete set of bidding document in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ugx 100,000= for pre-qualification and grade “A” revenue sources, 50,000= for grade “B” revenue source and 30,000= for grade “C” revenue sources through IRS and a general receipt shall be obtained from Koboko District cashier before the Bid submission date.

3. Bids must be delivered to the Head of procurement and Disposal Unit – koboko District in triplicates i.e. one original and two copies on or before 25th June, 2026 at 11:00am.

4. (a) Standard Bid Documents will be issued from Koboko District Local Government Procurement and Disposal Unit, Ben Enzama Road, Koboko.

5. Address bids must be addressed to; Secretary Contracts Committee, Koboko District Local Government, P.O Box 1 Koboko

6. Address of bid opening: Koboko District Council Hall.
